The Garden Pavilion

The Catering Department strives to assist you in the success of your special event. If you are planning an upcoming event, please contact our banquet department with the event date and a list of your needs. We can schedule a tour of the facilities, show you photos of room set-ups, and provide more information on other services available. The Phoenix Club offers a full range of event planning options for Businesses, Private Parties and Wedding Receptions. We can customize our services to meet your needs based on the type of event you are planning for 50 to 700 guests.

We offer Corporate banquets for breakfast, lunch and dinner meetings, seminars, award events, holiday parties, and concert facilities. Our unique facilities are also the site of private parties for birthdays and anniversary celebrations, class and military reunions, bridal and baby showers, fund-raisers, association meetings and fashion shows. We offer special Quinceanera packages for girls celebrating their 15th birthday.

We are happy to assist engaged couples with their weddings and receptions. We have a romantic Garden Gazebo which is a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding and several beautiful indoor and outdoor locations for wedding receptions.
